My husband and I have travelled many places in the world but the best vacation ever, was in Marrakech, Morroco and we tribute this amazing vacation to our guide Hassan Couscous!!Right from the moment we met Hassan we knew we picked the right guide because of his warm personality and his dication to always making sure his Clients were totally safe and happy! Hassan was so imformative and also there were no questions he could not answer and because of his ability to speak 4 other languages this helped us alot. Everywhere we went Hassan was greeted by the native people with open arms which showed us he was very well liked.. The Berbers would call this type of person a "white heart", because of the amazing way Hassan had with people. From the camels rides on Hassan's friends camels to having tea with Hassan's Berber friends in their tents,from having a delicous lunch in a beautiful resturant in the Atlas Mts. 	Hassan!! I wish idve been in morrocco longer, when we walked out of our hotel Atlas Asni, this guy stood out from all the other taxi drivers, so friendly an cool and passionat about what he does, he has an expansive knowledge of marrakech (and im sure of all of morrocco), he knew every restaraunt in town an suggested a few and the meal was excellent, whilst with him the whole family felt safe and at ease, nothing better than drivin round listenin to the music of BB King!!! 	Hola!! Salía del hotel por la tarde con idea de dirigirme a la Medina y de repente escuché un: "Taxi?" me acerqué y respondí que sí, que iba a la Medina y que pagaría 40 Dirhams (el precio habitual). La respuesta fue 50 dirhams, a lo que respondí “50 Dirhams es el precio de noche y aun es de día”, a lo que hábilmente me respondió “pero es que yo tengo una furgoneta y es más grande y mejor que un taxi, no te arrepentirás”. y asi fue, no me arrepentí. Automáticamente decidí ir con Mohcine al centro y empezamos a hablar, como si nos conociésemos de toda la vida, de esto, de aquello y a partir de aquí vi claro que sería con él con quien haría todas mis excursiones. Y puedo decir que no me equivoqué. Una persona extremadamente educada y divertida. Seguro al volante y buen conductor, que conoce los mejores lugares para tomar las mejores fotos, así como los sitios para comer y comprar más baratos en cualquier ciudad. 	Buenas!! ¿Alguien ha visto algún comentario negativo para Mohcine? Es IMPOSIBLE!! Un tio que se curra mucho su trabajo, que descansa las horas necesarias para ponerse al volante, que conduce muy bien y de forma muy muy muy segura y que no tiene prisa por acabar con la excursion que le hayas contratado. Recuerdo que en su afán por enseñarme cosas, un día tuve que pedirle que parasemos ya, porque estaba hecho polvo y, automáticamente, me llevó a tomar té a un sitio chulisimo y nos volvimos tranquilamente para Marrakech al hotel. Una persona que se toma muy en serio su trabajo y con la que recomiendo encarecidamente contactar tanto para conocer una ciudad, como para hacer excursiones, porque no solo tiene los mejores precios, sino que tiene muchos contactos en todo Marruecos y eso facilita mucho las cosas al llegar a un sitio para visitar. 	Hola!! Escribo aqui para puntuar el trabajo de Mohcine como guia y como taxista con un 11 sobre 10. Recomiendo contactar con él para moverse por cualquier parte de Marruecos, pues no solo trabaja en Marrakech, sino que se desplaza a cualquier zona y no solo eso, sino que en cualquier parte es conocido y conoce a gente y los mejores lugares para comer, comprar, ahcer fotos, etc. y todo ello al mejor precio (comparé con otras agencias y taxistas). Es una persona educada, puntual, simpática, con la que se puede hablar de todo y negociar todo para que el viaje salga a la perfección, que se implica en el viaje y te acompaña en todo momento (no como los taxistas que simplemente te llevan a un punto y te devuelven al hotel desde ese punto sin darte más ayuda que el transporte). Yo lo llamaba para que me recogiese en el hotel y me llevase a la Medina y para que me devolviera al hotel cada dia e hice todas las excursiones con él (Valle de Ourika, Cascadas de ouzoud, Kasbas de Ait Benadu y de on	Anonymous	on 8/25/09
	Mohcine es un bereber del desierto que se dedica a enseñar Marruecos de una forma especial con su furgoneta. Tiene una muy buena relación calidad/precio y sus precios son los mejores de cuantos consultamos (mas de 5 taxistas) antes de conocerle. Es muy muy muy muy muy educado y nos reímos mucho con él y con sus bromas. Siempre nos trató correctamente, nunca tuvimos ningún problema, pues todo lo que iba surgiendo se hablaba tranquilamente y se buscaba la mejor solución para todos. Hicimos excursiones con él y en cada sitio que íbamos conocía a lugareños y le conocían, lo cual indica que trabaja de maravilla y que tiene una reputación. Con Mohcine no contratas al típico taxista que te lleva al sitio y te dice “dentro de 2 horas nos vemos aquí y te llevo de vuelta al Hotel”, porque Mohcine hace la excursión contigo de principio a fin, sin prisas, tranquilo, tomándote el tiempo que necesites (dentro de lo lógico, claro) sea a donde sea (ciudad, campo, montaña, desierto) y te va on	Anonymous	on 8/24/09

	Peligro para el turismo español. Si hubiera diez Mohcine en Marruecos, en España nos quedariamos sin turistas. No tenemos palabras para definir a nuestro amigo-guía "el mas mejor" sólo un número: el diez (10). Con él hemos perdido el miedo a Marruecos y hemos empezado a disfrutar de sus gentes, paisajes, gastronomia, comercios .... 	Hola, Hello my dear Hassan!!, THANK YOU SO MUCH for an AWESOME experience!!! Not only did you take us to the best places there was to see, but you also found us the best deals in Morocco. It was amazing to be with such a honest, reliable, and trustworthy person that accommodated to our needs for a week. As my family and I went to Morocco we were in great need for a tour guide, and luckily we found Mohcin while we were walking around our hotel. We asked him for suggestions on where to go and what to do (without knowing he was a tour guide). As we continued to talk to him we realized he knew a lot and that he indeed was a tour guide... and we booked him at the spot! I can truly say he has been the best tour guide ever. Not only did we go to markets, rode camels, and ate fantastic food, but we got to meet wonderful friends of his.There was such a true bond of friendship and care among us and it was so hard to leave Morocco without him. 	So what can I say about "Hassan cous cous"? Words can't do him justice, he has one of the most fun-loving, passionate, free-spirited, generous, giving and humorous personalties I've ever met. I must thank my lucky stars for meeting him and showing me such an amazing experience. We were three girls traveling to a Muslim country without an agenda in a high state of alarm at the Tangier train station when we first set eyes on "cous cous". we knew the adventure awaits when we refused to wait 3 more hours at the station for a direct train to Fes, we needed a quicker way to get there and that was the moment when "cous cous", being at the right place at the right time, unfolded his superb salesmanship as a tour guide. Since we were already pre-warned from the travel books and friends, we were guarded and alarmed, ready to karate chop him if he tried anything suspicious. Our strategy was to have one person talked to him and the other two pretended not to speak any English so we could use our on	njima	on 6/2/08

	It will be 2 years in June when I and my cousins visited Morocco and everytime I look back at my pictures and remember my dearest friend Hassan Couscous I just smile. Like everyone else we met him at the Tangier Train station and if it were not for him we would of never got out of that station. He offered his help to us completely unsolicited and with not being able to speak any of the languages-even my spanish was getting us no where-he helped us get our tickets and on the train and he made sure that we got our very own private car so that we could sleep without being scared. I will always cherish my time in Marackech with Hassan. He showed me a life that I never really thought existed. 	Marrakech ExpressI met Hassan on the night train to Marrakech. I was on a side trip from Spain so I was only going to Marrakech. He chatted me up along with two Canadians offering information and his services, he was so pleasant it was hard to say no. I did not see Hassan again on the train but ran into him as I was sitting alone in the medina and in wonderful Hassan fashion he greeted me like a long lost friend. We spent the afternoon shopping and talking and he knew everyone and where everything was. I did not go to the desert or use Hassan services but I will the next time I am in Morocco. I explained my fears about going into the desert and he answered everything for me to put my mind at ease. 	Hassan approached my friends and me at the train station in Tangier and offered to guide us around Morocco. We were very skeptical to begin with about a complete stranger offering their services; however Hassan’s genuine personality and enthusiasm made the decision for us. We arranged to meet in Marrakesh in 2 days time where he would pick us up from our hotel. We could’ve quite simply abandoned him after making him travel the entire distance from Tangier to Marrakesh, however, just as we agreed Hassan was there to greet us with one of his many friends which is a true testament to his trustworthiness and reliability.As we set off into Morocco Hassan constantly kept us amused by his humour and jokes whilst driving through the Atlas and into the desert. Anything we wanted at anytime was never a problem because Hassan has friends scattered all over who were more than happy to oblige. Although we travelled with the lonely planet guide around Morocco, getting from Fes to Merzouga seemed quite a hassle! So Abdul introduced us to Mouhssine. WOW! We were quite literally blown away! Amazed by his enthusiasm for life.. magnificent! We found ourselves in a very lucky situation! He drove us that night to Merzouga, arriving at Hotel Tombouctou in the early morning. Although a long drive we felt safe at all times, which was such a relief considering some of the drivers found in Morocco. Upon arrival, we stepped out onto the golden sandunes to watch the sun-rise; which was truely beautiful! That evening we took a camel trek into the Sahara, watching the sunset as we rode! We enjoyed a lovely meal and fantastic hospitability when we reached the Oasis! on	Anonymous	on 9/27/07

	My son and I were traveling Europe for 3 months when we found ourselves in the Tangier train station late at night, frustrated that we were running short on time with so much to see. Then a kind soft voice approached us with an invitation to guide us anywhere we wanted to go. I am typically skeptical of stranger’s unsolicited invitations, particularly in a country where the tourist is bombarded by sometimes pushy people selling their services. Hassan is different. He has a wonderfully soft, sweet kindness about him. After talking to him for a few minutes, we changed our train tickets, with his help, and headed off with him to Fes. The next days were without question a highlight of our journey. Hassan and his friends provided us with a totally stress- free, enjoyable adventure through Morocco. They guided us into places we never would have seen, regardless of what travel guidebook we were using. 	Dear Hassan,Thanks for telling me that you deleted by mistake my first posting , so I'm posting it again.I was almost lost in the Morocco trasportation chaos when I met a smiling young man, proposing me to become my tour guide. He was promising things which at first sounded too good to be true.In the nick of time he had organised everything. He had rent a car and booked fantastic hotels.What first impressed me was how everyone at the train station of Tanger -where I met Hassan- was hugging him, kissing him, how respecful he was. This made me say YES, let's trust him.After a couple of hours I realised how lucky I had been.As days were passing by, Hassan became a member of my family or to be more specific he made me feel his passion for his country and accepted me as a member of his family.Words can not easily describe Hassan's true and honest nature. He was helping around all day long with bargaining, shopping, giving tips and advice on many useful things.I've been to the Egypt and on
